Returns & Refunds
Each candle is made by hand and carefully checked before it leaves us.
If something arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@frankieandrose.co.nz within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
We’ll take a look and offer a refund or replacement if needed.
As everything is made in small batches, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
